Who We Are
OWYD is a non-profit non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives and opportunities of young people and women in Namibia. Founded by a collective of passionate individuals from various sectors, we are united by a commitment to solidarity and community development.
Vision and Mission
To be at the forefront of positive change, creating a future where gender equality is paramount, social disparities are reduced, and the active participation of women and young people becomes a driving force for national development. Our mission is to eradicate social and societal discriminations while strengthening the participation and involvement of women and young people in the nation’s development.
